Foundation & Goal Setting
Weeks 1-4 will focus on setting goals that work for you and developing the foundational habits that will lead to fat loss that stays lost.
Experimentation & Education
In these weeks we will focus on education of more complex fat-loss systems and how to integrate those into your plan as well as encouraging experimentation with different methods.
Performance & Results
In this final stretch, incorporating everything we’ve learnt from the fat lost so far we move into performance zone, i.e. maximum fat-loss. 12-weeks is a good period to measure and enables us to more accurately see results.
